Dan Deacon's music is a Technicolor carousel ride around the mind of a hallucinating man-child. Heavy on swirling synthesizers and tinkling toy instruments, the second album from this Wham City ringleader is a strange but smile-inducing sugar rush, part neopyschedelic electronica, part Alvin and the Chipmunks on speed.
